Choose only what you need
The prices below are a basis for a quote and do not include VAT unless stated otherwise. They do not include network technician work where needed, and are non-binding - a final quote will only be sent after a call with a representative. The final package is put together together with you after a short scoping call.
Mitsi Telecom - Call Router (Base)
Monthly minimum for the router, including a main phone number (ported or new) and up to 4 extensions - all in one package.
Each additional extension beyond 4: ₪35 + VAT per extension / month
Advanced Connections
Extend the system with a Webhook connection, custom smart bot integration, or SMS - based on your business's specific needs.
Minute Bundle
A convenient monthly call package that saves surprises on your bill - 1,000 call minutes in one package.
Extended Call Recording
Recordings kept for up to two years (per the legal amendment), with a convenient interface for retrieving calls when needed. Can be added separately per extension.
Basic Setup
Configuring the system and the base router, including connecting the initial extensions - on us, as part of our personal guidance.
Setup for a Phone System with More Than 5 Extensions
Configuration and customization for a phone system larger than 5 extensions - special routing, integrations and complex scenarios.
More than 10 extensions?
Phone systems larger than 10 extensions require full personal customization, so they get a dedicated quote directly from a representative - not automatic pricing.
Need IP phones too?
Device prices vary by model and quantity, so they're quoted separately. In the order form, simply indicate whether you already have smart devices - and if not, we'll send you a handy catalog to choose from, with matching device pricing.
