What are the costs of integrating SMS with my phone system?

How does Mitsi Telecom work technically - do I need phone lines and hardware?
No. Mitsi Telecom, Mitsi Communications' cloud phone system, works via a simple internet connection - no outdated hardware and no dependence on physical phone lines. You can connect to and manage the system from anywhere in Israel or the world, on any device connected to the network.
How does the system work without an API connection?
We built a unique system that works even without an API connection, so it integrates with phone systems that don't support advanced connections as well. The system connects to your call router, identifies the extension the customer selected, and automatically sends a text message with the relevant link - to your website, WhatsApp, a form, or any other destination.

I heard there's a new law requiring businesses to record calls with customers - how does this affect me?
An amendment to the Consumer Protection Law was recently finalized, requiring businesses to record certain phone calls with consumers, notify them of this at the start of the call, and provide the customer with the recording upon request. Mitsi Communications already addresses this requirement: the system records calls with customers and makes it easy to download the recording when needed, so your business can meet the legal requirements without any extra effort.
